These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on the Waggira website
(the “Site”), operated by Hugo Dufour, a sole proprietor registered in
France (see our Legal Notice). By placing an
order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Waggira sells dog paw care essentials: dog paw cleaners, dog paw balm,
paw cleaning mats and paw towels. Product descriptions and images are
provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is
processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation
by email. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order leaves
us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Waggira currently ships to addresses within the United States
only. Delivery is free, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to
15 business days. See our Shipping

5. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible
through our Contact page. We can only
make changes before your order has shipped.
6. Returns & Refunds
Waggira offers 14-day returns from the date of delivery. In most cases
there is no need to send the item back to receive a refund; Dog Paw Balm
is the exception and can only be returned unopened and unused. If an
order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a
replacement or a refund, at your choice. Full details are on our

forms part of these Terms.
7. Liability
We aim to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders
promptly. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waggira’s liability
is limited to the value of the order concerned.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your
country of residence.
